Purchasing Management

- Learn how to manage the purchasing cycle from establishing the need to purchase goods and services, to supplying goods and services to the satisfaction of internal users.
- Understand the role of the purchasing and supply functions in an organisation.
- Understand the importance of developing accurate, complete purchasing specifications.
- Learn of the various standard purchasing methods so as to match the purchasing process to the criticality and value of the item.

Project Management

Workshop Objectives:

- Project manage scope, time, cost, quality, people, communications, risk, procurement and integration
- Plan a Project Schedule, including phases, tasks, steps and milestones
- Identify and analyse stakeholder needs and required involvement
- Identify and plan project activities and required skills and resources
- Identify and report project objectives, progress, risks and issues
- Identify, register and mitigate project risks and issues.

Warehouse Management

- Understand the role of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and learn to identify which manual Supply processes could be replaced by enabling technology.

Value Stream Management
