The Host Organisation is responsible for determining the wage rate of the Graduate and associated on-costs.
Professional Mentoring & Training for Existing Staff
The provision of Professional Mentoring and Training for existing staff is strongly encouraged where the level of performance of the business or logistics/supply chain areas requires significant improvement. Individual mentoring, group mentoring, project team mentoring, in-house training are some of the extra options available for existing staff at competitively reduced rates when run parallel to a Graduate Program.
Training Needs Assessments and Training Plan development services are also available for existing staff. Services for existing staff are available via L&SC Strategies and are costed and managed separate to the Graduate Program, although timing of these services are synchronised with the Graduate Program as required by the Client.
