Supply Chain & Business Mentoring

Expert advice when you need it

What is it?

Mentoring is the direct transfer of knowledge from one or more of L&SC Strategies' Professional Mentors to one or more mentees, targeting what the company needs to address. Mentoring may be provided on an ad-doc basis or may be tailored, structured and project managed. L&SC Strategies have a dozen Professional Mentors with 170 years of combined expert experience. We have the answers you need, when you need it. L&SC Strategies is a dynamic consulting, mentoring and training company that specialises in business improvement, logistics and supply chain optimisation, and professional development.

Why would we need it?

Mentoring means we are mentoring you how to address a particular problem or situation. We will advise you exactly how you need to go about addressing that issue. You need answers and assistance, and you needed it yesterday.

Mentoring is the ideal solution to fast-track the development and empowerment of management, staff, work teams and project teams. Group mentoring may also include suppliers for supplier development.

Mentoring is required by our Clients for the following reasons:

  • Provision of a direct avenue to:
    • address and resolve one or more minor or major issues or risks
    • identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, customer service and/or revenue raising
    • plan a way forward
    • act, develop and grow with confidence
    • manage projects efficiently and competently
  • Direct knowledge transfer from L&SC Strategies' experts to educate one or more personnel how to:
    • carry our particular tasks
    • under-take problem solving, prioritisation, planning and strategy development
    • manage functional areas
  • Expertise at your fingers, when you or your team need it.
  • An avenue to achieve a smoother transition into:
    • general business management
    • a management role
    • a logistics and supply chain management career
    • starting and delivery projects
  • A more intense and immediate way for personnel to apply their knowledge and skills under professional guidance
